Toujours aussi agrable. Ici, c'est comme la maison sans tches accomplir. Les gens sont tellement sympa. Nous y allons tous les hivers.
Horrible place, they do not know what is customer service. Reception lady on the phone does not tell you in advance that the boat is non refundable, right after you pay a big amount for a small boat for 2 days. Does not tell you that the price is only for the boat, no gas & no life vest included. Its extra. Basically, ripping you off or hustling you. Acts very slowy when called because you got lost & tells you to contact someone else because they can not help you ( Kiamika Parc Regional). The only good customer service we had was with the guy in the boutique & responsible for the boats. Just for him 2 stars. They promise you for refund & ask for credit card information but 2 weeks after tells you they can not refund you. Good luck, theyre rip off.
La localisation est idyllique (de toute beaut), les prix abordables. Les installation bien entretenues. Moi. j'y vais pour pcher le saumon d'atlantique (import la il y a 60 ans). Michel T est un guide fantastique, mon exprience 6 saumons (ouananiches) en 5 jours de pche.
L'accueil tait plus ou moins chaleuteuse. Les 2 hommes la boutique et responsable des chaloupes Beaucoup d'entre gens. Nous avons pches De 9 heures 14 heures 30 minutes et nous avons pris une petite perchaude et une petite oui touche.
